Reco-Vie ISO 9001 Accredited

We are pleased to advise our clients and suppliers that Reco-Vie has gained its ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in record time, on the 11th August 2005, just four months after commencing operations. Reco-Vie director – Mark Hadley was pleased to accept the certificate from Ian Ritchie, lead auditor for QMS.

RWM Exhibition

2005 Reco-Vie will be exhibiting on Stand 662 of the Recycling & Waste Management Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham 13th – 15th September. We have a number of tickets for anyone who wishes to meet the Reco-Vie team, and enjoy this premier UK event. Please contact us if you require tickets.

Registration for Hazardous Waste Regulations

From the 16th July 2005, virtually premises which dispose of hazardous wastes, which include televisions, computer monitors, fridges, freezers, batteries and fluorescent tubes are required to be registered by the Environment Agency. These new regulations will affect over 200,000 UK businesses which are not allowed to have these waste collected without being registered with the Agency.

Reco-Vie is currently offering can assist with registering businesses with the Environment Agency for a small fee, and in certain instances we can complete the registration for you free of charge. Please contact us directly if you require registration.
